Junior Relationship Manager

About the role

ARTER Asset Management AG is an independent Swiss external asset manager — FINMA-licensed, with offices in Zug, Zürich and Lugano. We are hiring a Junior Relationship Manager focused on building a client book of HNWI and UHNWI individuals through networking, pipeline work, and account onboarding. We contribute leads and the firm's institutional expertise; you bring energy, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with sophisticated clients.

The role offers a clear growth track within an international platform with a broad geographic footprint.

Experience

• 2–7 years in private banking, premium banking, or wealth / investment advisory.
• No requirement for a large existing book — 1–3 active clients and/or a pipeline of 10–20 prospects with clear next steps is welcome.
• Strong networking instincts and a proven ability to convert relationships into mandates.

Requirements

• Russian at B2 + English at B2 level or above.
• Solid investment fundamentals — portfolios, risk management, product knowledge.
• Discipline in KYC, AML, and sanctions compliance.
• CFA charter, CWMA, or similar professional certifications considered a plus.
